• How / when am I charged? You are only charged for in-stock items when they are sent to you. If an item is temporarily out of stock, or backordered, you will not be charged until the item has arrived in our warehouse and is being packaged for delivery to you. You do NOT need to re-order a backordered, out-of-stock, or pre-booked title. It will be automatically shipped to you when the item arrives in our warehouse. Pre-booked, backordered, and out-of-stock items, and their shipping fees, are not charged to you until after your items have been shipped from our warehouse.
